TLC’s season-six synopsis says Lorrana, also from Brazil, arrived in the United States on a K-1 visa, with a 90-day period to marry. The episode descriptions framed the resulting household tensions: Dannielle found it difficult to make room for Lorrana, and a later synopsis said Garrick and Lorrana were preparing to marry while Dannielle had mixed emotions. Those descriptions reflect the show’s edited storyline.
What Dannielle said about Garrick and Lorrana
In a September 17, 2025 report about a season-six preview, Us Weekly quoted Dannielle saying, “I’m happy for them. It just makes me feel less tied to Garrick. I don’t know why.” She was wiping away tears in the preview. The remark captures her stated feelings at that point in the show’s timeline; it does not establish the present state of her relationship with Garrick.

The same report quoted Garrick making a claim about women’s capacity to bond after multiple sexual partners and attributing it to studies he did not identify. Without identifiable studies, that statement should be understood as his claim on the show, not as a verified statistic or accepted research.

Arrest report and allegations
On November 27, 2025, The Daily Beast reported that Garrick had been arrested and released. The report said an arrest-warrant affidavit, as reported by TMZ, alleged that during an argument he took Lorrana’s phone, restricted her communication with family, and threatened to contact immigration authorities. These are allegations attributed through the reporting—not findings of guilt.
Reported court disposition
On January 28, 2026, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that a judge agreed to a six-week domestic-conflict class, after which the case would be dismissed, and approved Garrick’s request to move to California. That account describes a reported conditional disposition; it does not establish a conviction, confirm completion of the class, or independently verify that the case was later formally dismissed.
Lorrana’s reported move
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported on April 17, 2026, that Lorrana had sought a family attorney and described a difficult separation. In its July 2, 2026 update, the outlet said Lorrana had moved out and had a home for herself and her daughter. The report also recounted that she had previously said she and Garrick reconciled in January. Lorrana’s Instagram caption, reproduced by the outlet, said: “Sometimes, starting over means starting from scratch. And that’s okay,” and, “Today, I can finally say that my daughter and I have a place to call home.” Those are her public words as reported by the outlet, not a legal-status statement.

The July 2026 report is about Lorrana’s living situation and relationship with Garrick; it does not resolve the status of Garrick and Dannielle’s marriage.
