The best-documented pictures of Taylor Swift’s Los Angeles-area home are in Vogue’s 2016 feature and 73 Questions walk-through. The photos show a Beverly Hills home with vintage-country touches and personal details. They document the house as it appeared then—not Swift’s current home or its present condition.

Where to see the pictures

Vogue published “Inside Taylor Swift’s Cozy L.A. Home and How to Get the Look” on April 19, 2016, alongside stills from its 73 Questions visit. The feature is the clearest identified source for interior photographs of the Beverly Hills home. View the images on Vogue’s page; any republication requires appropriate permission or licensing.

What the 2016 photos show

Vogue describes an interior shaped by vintage country influence and personal objects. Its feature identifies details including:

  • Arched doorways and patterned wallpaper
  • Antique chandeliers and mirrors
  • A wooden piano, books, and cat ceramics
  • A Scrabble board, Byredo candles, and MTV Moonmen in the kitchen
  • An outdoor terrace with hanging lights and lanterns, plus a decorated bike taxi near the lawn

These are details reported in Vogue’s 2016 feature, not a current inventory. The story does not identify the wallpaper’s maker or a purchasable exact match. Its “How to Get the Look” angle can inspire a vintage-influenced room, but any similar decor should be treated as inspiration rather than a verified item from Swift’s home.

Why this is a former home, not a current address

The property history puts the photographs in context. In 2011, the Los Angeles Times reported that Swift bought a Beverly Hills-area compound for more than $3.5 million. The report described nearly 1.5 acres, a three-bedroom main house, a guesthouse, and grounds with a gated driveway, stone paths, vine-covered arbors, an outdoor fireplace, and a lighted paddle-tennis court. Those are historical property details, not evidence of a current residence.

In 2018, the Los Angeles Times reported that Swift sold a midcentury home for $2.65 million and had sold another home on the same street earlier that year for $4 million. The article describes the country-vibe estate as her former main residence and the midcentury house as guest lodging during her ownership. The 2016 Vogue images should therefore be understood as a historical look at a former home.

Don’t confuse it with a music-video location

A separate Beverly Hills mansion appeared in Swift’s “Patient Zero” music video. Realtor.com’s September 30, 2026 report identifies it as the former home of Oakley founder James Jannard and notes a June 2026 sale. A filming location is not evidence that Swift lived there; it is not the home shown in Vogue’s 2016 feature.
