Pamela Anderson is often seen without makeup, but she has described that look as a personal, flexible choice—not a declaration that she will never wear makeup. Recent interviews do not establish whether she has had facial plastic surgery, fillers, Botox, or other cosmetic procedures. Photos alone cannot answer that question.
What does Pamela Anderson look like today?
Recent coverage describes Anderson appearing makeup-free at fashion shows and film premieres. The Associated Press reported in September 2025 that she had stopped coloring her hair during the pandemic and later went without makeup much of the time, describing the experience as “freedom” and “a relief.” That is a dated account of her public appearances, not a claim that she is makeup-free on every occasion. Why did Pamela Anderson stop wearing makeup?
Anderson said her decision at Paris Fashion Week in 2023 was about how she wanted to spend her time. She told Vogue: “I’d rather go for a walk and look at the architecture of Paris rather than sit in the makeup chair for three hours.” She also said she was not opposed to makeup; she simply was not in the mood to participate in the usual routine. Vogue reported that after her first bare-faced appearance, she continued without makeup for the rest of that week.

In a 2024 interview with Allure, Anderson said the choice was for herself and that she had not expected people to notice. The article also considers whether the decision might have generated publicity; that is the writer’s interpretation, not a confirmed account of Anderson’s private intention.
In 2026, Anderson called it a personal experiment: “I appreciate the love I’ve received from this personal experiment of mine – its something I did for myself.” She added, “But I also love make up, it’s just not something I must do to feel better.” Variety Australia

Has Pamela Anderson had plastic surgery?
The reviewed interviews do not confirm or deny specific facial procedures. They do not establish whether Anderson has had a facelift, fillers, Botox, eyelid surgery, or another cosmetic treatment. A photograph cannot reliably reveal a person’s medical history: lighting, makeup, styling, expression, camera angle, and aging can all affect appearance. It would be speculation to diagnose a procedure from images or to call a makeup-free look proof that someone is “natural” or “untouched.”
There is a separate, narrower historical report about breast implants. In 2016, TIME reported on a W Magazine interview in which Anderson gestured toward her breasts when asked whether she regretted anything she had done in the name of beauty.
