BGR’s April 2, 2024 article listed 29 third-party movies it said were included with Apple TV+ for subscribers in the United States that month. “Free” meant included with a paid subscription—not available without one. The list is historical; it does not confirm that any of these films are available on Apple TV+ today.
What “free” meant in the April 2024 list
BGR used “free” to distinguish movies included with an Apple TV+ subscription from titles requiring a separate rental or purchase. The article reported the selection for the United States and did not say it was available to subscribers in every country. Its publication date was April 2, 2024, so the list describes that month rather than the current catalog. BGR’s April 2024 article

Where the article said subscribers could find them
BGR directed readers to the “New to Apple TV+ This Month” section in the Apple TV app, naming Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac as devices on which to access it. These are the article’s April 2024 instructions, not confirmation of current app menus, device access, or availability in any region.

How long the titles were expected to stay
BGR characterized third-party movie availability as brief, estimating four to eight weeks. That was the article’s general estimate in 2024, not a confirmed licensing rule or a guarantee that each listed film followed the same schedule.
The Vision Pro detail
BGR noted that Transformers: Dark of the Moon was available in 3D on Apple Vision Pro at the time. This was a dated detail about one film; the article did not suggest that Vision Pro was needed to watch the list.

What to check before watching now
The April 2024 article does not establish whether these films remain on Apple TV+, whether they are included with a subscription today, or whether they are available in a particular country. Check the title in the Apple TV app for your region and account, and confirm whether the listing says it is included or offers a separate rental or purchase. The historical list alone cannot answer those current-access questions.
