Amanda Tucker said the allegations against her husband, former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker, were false and that she believed and fully supported him. She made the statement to OutKick; Us Weekly published it on February 27, 2025.
What did Amanda Tucker say?
“The false allegations against Justin have caused so much hurt to our family. I believe my husband, and I love and support him fully,” Amanda Tucker said in a statement to OutKick, as reported by Us Weekly on February 27, 2025.
Her statement expressed her view and support for her husband. It did not independently establish what happened during the massage sessions described in news reports.
What were the allegations, and how did Justin Tucker respond?
On January 30, 2025, the Associated Press reported that The Baltimore Banner had published allegations from six massage therapists concerning sessions between 2012 and 2016. The AP said the NFL would look into the matter and reported that league spokesman Brian McCarthy said the league first learned of the allegations from the reporter. Tucker denied wrongdoing.

Those figures describe what news organizations reported; they are not adjudicated findings. Tucker said, as quoted by the AP, “I have never before been accused of misconduct of any kind, and I have never been accused of acting inappropriately in front of a massage therapist or during a massage therapy session or during other bodywork.”

What happened after Amanda’s statement?
- February 25, 2025: Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta called the allegations “serious” and “concerning” and said the team would await the NFL investigation.
- May 5, 2025: The Ravens released Tucker after 13 seasons while the league investigation was ongoing.
- June 26, 2025: The NFL announced a 10-week suspension without pay for violations of its personal conduct policy. NFL.com reported that Tucker denied all misconduct.
The suspension was the NFL’s disciplinary outcome under its policy. It was not a criminal verdict.
What Amanda’s statement does—and does not—resolve
Amanda’s February 2025 statement was a public defense of her husband: she called the allegations false and said she believed and supported him. Tucker denied misconduct, while the Ravens and NFL took separate organizational actions as the matter proceeded. Those responses should not be confused with a court ruling or treated as proof of the allegations themselves.
