In an April 2023 Instagram carousel, Dancing with the Stars professional Jenna Johnson shared family moments with her infant son, Rome, and husband Val Chmerkovskiy. ABC News reported the update on April 7, 2023, describing baby photos, a family mirror selfie and a “blessing day” image.
What Jenna Johnson shared in her “Life Lately” post
Johnson’s carousel was a personal family update. Its opening image showed Rome resting on a pillow; ABC News reported that Johnson called him “Rolly Polly Olly” in a caption. Rome, born in January 2023, is Johnson and Chmerkovskiy’s son.
A family selfie and blessing day
Another image showed Johnson and Chmerkovskiy taking a mirror selfie with Rome. Johnson captioned it “My everything,” according to ABC News. The report also described a photo of Johnson holding Rome on what she called “blessing day.”
A tattoo video
The carousel included a video of Chmerkovskiy getting a tattoo that appeared to show Rome’s birth date, January 10. ABC News described the date as something the tattoo appeared to show; its report did not independently confirm the design.
