Later reporting and cosmetics data indicate that Hela and Hulk items appeared in the game, but they do not verify every detail in the leaked image or establish whether the cosmetics are in the Item Shop now.
What did the Fortnite leak reveal?
On April 23, 2024, Insider Gaming reported an image posted by Fortnite leaker HYPEX that appeared to show cosmetics based on the 2017 film Thor: Ragnarok. HYPEX’s post text, reproduced by Insider Gaming, asked: “NEW MARVEL SKINS ?” Insider Gaming’s report described Hela in her signature outfit with a sword and Hulk in his gladiator look, with back bling.
At the time of that report, Epic Games had not officially confirmed the details. Insider Gaming wrote, “Epic Games has not officially confirmed any details about these skins.” That statement describes the status on April 23, 2024; it should not be read as a claim about Epic’s current position.
Did Hela and Hulk items later appear in Fortnite?
Yes. Later coverage of Fortnite update v29.30 described Hela and gladiator Hulk cosmetics based on Thor: Ragnarok appearing in the game. A third-party cosmetics database lists Hela Odinsdottir in the Ragnarok set and gives her release date as April 27, 2024. Together, those sources support that Hela and Hulk items appeared after the leak, but they do not establish that every item or design detail in the leaked image was released exactly as shown. The Hela Odinsdottir cosmetics listing provides the database entry.

Was a Thor: Ragnarok Thor skin confirmed?
The reported 2024 leak centered on Hela and gladiator Hulk; it did not establish a new Fortnite Thor skin based on Thor: Ragnarok. Keep that report separate from Epic’s earlier announcement of Thor Odinson and Mighty Thor cosmetics in July 2022. Those outfits were inspired by Thor: Love and Thunder, a different film. Epic’s July 2022 announcement covers that earlier crossover, not the 2024 leak.

The available reporting and cosmetics listing establish that related items appeared in Fortnite, but do not confirm their current Item Shop availability, price, or next return date. Shop stock changes, so check Fortnite’s current in-game Item Shop or an authoritative live listing for present availability rather than relying on the 2024 leak or release date.
