“The Kill Floor,” Season 4, Episode 9 of FBI: International, brings the Fly Team’s hunt for Greg Csonka to Paris while a team member goes missing. The episode closes the Csonka storyline, but its revenge payoff is more foreseeable than memorable. That predictability may still offer some satisfaction: Wes Mitchell’s pursuit reaches an endpoint after a personal loss that has driven the arc.

What happens in “The Kill Floor”?

Peacock’s official synopsis sets up two pressures at once: “A member of the team goes missing as the hunt for Greg Csonka continues in Paris.” The missing teammate gives the case an immediate procedural threat, while Csonka’s pursuit carries personal weight for Wes Mitchell.

The episode follows “You’ll Never See It Coming,” where Csonka’s trial in Hungary is imperiled after the key witness is killed. A ScreenRant recap identifies Csonka as the mobster who killed Wes’s partner. Episode 9 shifts the pursuit to Paris and brings that continuing storyline to its conclusion.

Does Wes get revenge, and is the payoff predictable?

The central appeal is resolution: the Csonka story that has shadowed Wes finally reaches its endpoint. That gives the episode an emotional destination, even for viewers who can see the broad shape of the outcome coming.

The predictability is less about a single verified twist than about the familiar direction of a revenge-driven pursuit. Once the episode is framed around Wes continuing to hunt the man responsible for his partner’s death, the dramatic question narrows: the story is less open-ended than a case-of-the-week mystery, and the payoff feels expected rather than surprising. An IMDb news index reproducing a CBR review excerpt likewise characterizes the conclusion as satisfying for some viewers but not especially memorable or successful. That is a critical judgment, not a measured audience consensus.

Does the missing-teammate danger strengthen the story?

The official logline’s disappearance premise gives the Paris hunt a second source of urgency beyond Wes’s personal stakes. In principle, that procedural danger can keep the episode focused on the whole team rather than turning the Csonka pursuit into Wes’s story alone. The available episode details do not establish the disappearance’s scene-by-scene development or exact resolution, so the tension is best assessed at the level the synopsis supports: it complicates the ongoing hunt, but the premise alone cannot show how fully the episode balances ensemble peril with Wes’s arc.

Is “The Kill Floor” action-heavy?

Despite its title and revenge premise, the indexed CBR excerpt describes the episode as not particularly violent or action-heavy. That may disappoint viewers expecting the conclusion to deliver a forceful, high-impact confrontation. For others, the less sensational approach may leave room for the emotional closure of ending the Csonka storyline. The trade-off is that closure does not automatically make the finale especially memorable.
