Both events took place before the album’s May 17 release, so they are over; the ticket-request period has also ended.

American Express presented the events, and Live Nation produced them. The official announcement described them as pre-release album listening events in New York City and Los Angeles, though the New York venue was in Brooklyn and the Los Angeles-area venue was in Inglewood. How did ticket requests work?
Fans could request up to two tickets per party through Ticketmaster by Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 9 a.m. Pacific Time. A request was not a ticket guarantee; confirmations were scheduled to be sent May 10. The announcement also said American Express card members would have access to special perks. These were limited, past event arrangements—not a current ticket offer.
The announcement encouraged attendees to use public transit or carpool. Its directions were specific to the 2024 events and should not be treated as current travel guidance.

What was the album these events previewed?
HIT ME HARD AND SOFT, Eilish’s third studio album, was released May 17, 2024, through Darkroom/Interscope Records. The label said it contains ten original tracks, written by Eilish and her brother FINNEAS and produced by FINNEAS. Its release announcement also described physical formats, including limited variants with the same track listing and materials it called 100% recyclable. Current edition availability and retailer stock are not established here.
