Fortnite’s Simpsons crossover was a limited-time season that launched on November 1, 2025, and has ended. It brought an 80-player Battle Royale map based on Springfield together with themed cosmetics and weekly animated shorts. The short films were also distributed on Disney+ and Fortnite’s social channels, though current Disney+ availability may vary by region.
Is the Fortnite Simpsons event still on?
No. Epic Games launched the Springfield crossover on November 1, 2025, and Disney’s retrospective says the season is over. The event should be treated as a past season, not a currently playable Fortnite experience. Epic Games’ launch announcement and Disney’s retrospective document the event.
What was included in the Springfield season?
An 80-player Battle Royale map
Epic described Springfield Island as an 80-player, fast-paced, back-to-basics Battle Royale experience. The map turned familiar locations from the show into in-game destinations, including Evergreen Terrace, Springfield Town Square, Burns Manor, the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, Springfield Gorge, and Kamp Krusty. These were Fortnite locations, not real-world places to visit.
The map also included episode references and hidden details. One example highlighted in a map guide: shooting the head of the Jebediah Springfield statue revealed an easter egg. Epic’s announcement gives the 80-player description; the Springfield map guide identifies notable locations and secrets.

Battle Pass outfits and other game items
The Springfield Battle Pass featured premium outfits including Homer, Marge, Flanders, Blinky Fishstick, and Springfielder Peely. Epic also promoted Peels, a new Sidekick, and Simpsons-themed weapons in Delulu. These were digital Fortnite items tied to the season, not physical merchandise.
Weekly animated shorts
Epic announced four original animated shorts tied to weekly gameplay: “Apocalypse D’Oh” on November 1, 2025; “Sugar High” on November 10; “Multiplidiocy” on November 17; and “The Incredible Bulk” on November 24. Epic Games France said the shorts were coproduced by Gracie Films and Epic Games and distributed on Disney+ and Fortnite’s social channels, with in-game access through the Quests tab. Disney’s retrospective also describes weekly story shorts released in-game, on social channels, and on Disney+.

Where can you watch the Fortnite Simpsons shorts?
Epic and Disney named Disney+ and Fortnite’s social channels as distribution destinations; Epic also said the shorts could be found in Fortnite’s Quests tab during the season. Those announcements establish where the shorts were released, not whether they remain available in Fortnite or in a particular Disney+ catalog today. Check Disney+ in your region for current availability.

Have the glider and Twitch Drop offers expired?
Yes. Epic offered the Kang and Kodos Glider for linking Epic and MyDisney accounts, but the deadline was updated to April 29, 2026, Eastern Time, and has passed. A separate Twitch Drop required 30 cumulative minutes watching a Fortnite-category stream during the November 1–2, 2025 window to unlock “The Siiimpsooooons… Wrap.” That window has also elapsed. Neither offer should be presented as claimable now. Epic’s event announcement describes both offers and their time limits.
