What the Season 27 images show
Comedy Central’s official photo gallery, hosted by Paramount Press Express, has Season 27 image entries captioned for “Conflict of Interest,” “Wok Is Dead,” and “Sickofancy.” Those captions identify the episodes associated with the images, but they do not say that any one of them was the delayed episode referenced in the headline.

The South Park Studios Season 27 archive lists five episodes, dated from July 23 through September 24, 2025:
- “Sermon on the ‘Mount” — July 23, 2025
- “Got A Nut” — August 6, 2025
- “Sickofancy” — August 20, 2025
- “Wok is Dead” — September 3, 2025
- “Conflict of Interest” — September 24, 2025
The archive labels “Conflict of Interest” as episode 5. Its position as the season’s final listed episode does not, on its own, identify it as the episode meant by “delayed episode.”

What is—and is not—confirmed about the delay
The official pages establish the episode list, dates, and existence of the gallery images. They do not identify the episode meant by the headline’s “delayed episode,” explain why an episode was delayed, or establish a new delay affecting the season now. Without an original article or a matching official announcement, naming a specific episode would go beyond what these sources confirm.

Season 27 is an archived season. Paramount Global Content’s listing currently describes South Park as having 29 seasons and 331 episodes, and gives September 16, 2026, as the Season 29 premiere date. Those are the values on the listing at the time referenced here; the series page may change as episodes and seasons are added.

The Season 27 archive points viewers to Paramount+ for streaming notices, but its episode entries currently say “currently unavailable.” Availability can change and may differ by territory, so check the service for your location rather than assuming these episodes can be streamed there now.
