Solo Leveling: Ragnarok debuted in South Korea on August 1, 2024, according to contemporaneous reporting on the launch. Its English release followed later: Tapas posted a teaser on October 28, 2024, and began listing episodes on November 11, 2024. As of October 8, 2026, Tapas says Season 2 has ended and the webtoon will return with Season 3, but neither Tapas nor Tappytoon lists a return date.
When did Solo Leveling: Ragnarok come out?
The Korean webtoon launch was reported for August 1, 2024. Kakao Entertainment’s official press-release listing announcing the launch is dated July 17, 2024, while contemporaneous Crunchyroll coverage published July 16 reported the August 1 debut on Kakao’s platform. The exact date is supported by that contemporaneous report alongside Kakao’s announcement listing; Kakao’s page does not expose readable release details in its rendered text. That date refers to the South Korean launch, not the English episode schedule. Tapas lists a teaser dated October 28, 2024, followed by episodes beginning November 11, 2024. The dates differ because they refer to different markets and, on Tapas, to a teaser and then the episode release. Tapas’s series page.
Is the webtoon still releasing new episodes?
As of October 8, 2026, Tapas marks Season 2 as concluded and says the series will return with Season 3. Team Tapas posted the hiatus notice on January 31, 2026: “Season 2 has come to a close and so we will be taking a hiatus before returning with season 3!” The notice does not give a return date. Tappytoon also labels its licensed listing “Hiatus.” Although the page displays Saturday updates, that schedule is not evidence that new episodes are currently being released. Neither platform’s checked listing gives a date for Season 3. Tappytoon’s listing.
Where can you read Solo Leveling: Ragnarok in English?
The official English platform listings identified here are Tapas and Tappytoon. Check the episode listings and hiatus labels on the service you use for current availability; the listed Korean launch date does not establish a complete release schedule for every market or platform.

What is Solo Leveling: Ragnarok about?
Solo Leveling: Ragnarok is a sequel in the Solo Leveling franchise, centered on Sung Suho, the son of Sung Jinwoo. Tapas’s synopsis describes gates and monsters returning to Earth and Suho being called to confront the danger while learning about his father’s legacy. The series is credited to Daul, JIN, and Brix. Tapas credits D&C Media and identifies Tapas Entertainment as publisher; Tappytoon says its comic is published under license from partners.

For this webtoon, August 1, 2024 refers to the reported South Korean launch; October 28 is Tapas’s teaser date; and November 11 is when Tapas episode listings begin. The sources cited here do not establish a complete market-by-market schedule, so a single date should not be treated as a universal launch date.
