This is a subjective ranking of all 20 songs on Hazbin Hotel: Season Two (Original Soundtrack), from the track I find least compelling on repeat listens to the one that lands hardest. It is not an official order or a measured fan consensus. I’m weighing melody, vocal performances, arrangement, dramatic purpose, and how well each number holds up outside its scene; a song’s importance to the story does not automatically make it the best standalone listen.

The album was released digitally on November 19, 2025, according to Film Music Reporter. Apple Music lists 20 songs and a 45-minute runtime. The durations below follow Film Music Reporter’s album listing; Apple Music shows slightly different times for a few tracks, so runtimes are included only as a reference.

Every Season 2 song, ranked

  1. “Clean It Up!”

At just over a minute in the album listing, “Clean It Up!” feels more like a brisk burst of scene-setting than a fully developed song. Its compactness suits the moment, but it leaves less melodic or emotional material to revisit than the rest of the soundtrack.

  2. “VOX DEI”

“VOX DEI” has an imposing title and a clear dramatic function, but its short length makes it feel like a sharp punctuation mark between larger ideas. It works in context; on its own, it has the least room to build into something memorable.

  3. “Speedrun to Redemption”

The title promises a sprint, and the track delivers the sense of a quick turn through a familiar theme. That economy helps the scene move, though the song’s compressed shape gives its hook and character work little time to develop.

  4. “Losin’ Streak”

There is a useful character angle in “Losin’ Streak,” but the song does not linger long enough to make its musical ideas feel as distinctive as the stronger mid-album numbers. It is a functional listen rather than one I would seek out first.

  5. “Bad With Us”

“Bad With Us” benefits from the energy of a group number and a forceful premise. Its appeal is more immediate than deep: the ensemble quality helps, but the song does not leave me with as strong a melodic afterimage as the tracks higher on the list.

  6. “Piss (A Love Song)”

The deliberately crude title makes the track hard to mistake for anything else, and that audacity is part of its charm. The joke is memorable, but the novelty carries more of the song than its melody or arrangement does on repeat listens.

  7. “Love in a Bottle”

“Love in a Bottle” has a playful concept and a compact, character-driven shape. It makes its point efficiently, though its brief runtime and relatively narrow emotional range keep it from becoming one of the album’s most satisfying standalone numbers.

  8. “Once We Get Up There”

This song has a warm, aspirational quality that suits its place in the season. Its appeal is sincere rather than showy, and that makes it pleasant, even if the melodic development does not quite match the soundtrack’s more gripping turns.

  9. “Easy”

“Easy” offers a lighter, more relaxed pocket in an album that often leans on heightened drama. That contrast is welcome, and the track’s ease is part of its identity; I just find it less distinctive once the initial mood has passed.

  10. “Gravity”

“Gravity” earns its place in the middle of the ranking through a stronger sense of emotional pull than the lighter tracks below it. It has a focused mood and a concise shape, though it stops short of the vocal or melodic peak that would push it into the top tier.

  11. “Don’t You Forget”

The original “Don’t You Forget” carries more weight than a simple connective number: its central idea gives the season’s emotional stakes a clear musical form. It is effective in the story and works well as a song, even if the reprise later gives that idea another dimension.

  12. “Sera’s Confession”

“Sera’s Confession” is compelling because it puts a character revelation at the center rather than treating the song as a detour from the plot. The performance gives the confession its tension; the track’s relatively compact presentation keeps it just outside my top tier.

  13. “Live to Live”

“Live to Live” has a clear sense of purpose and a hopeful lift that makes it stand out among the late-season songs. It works as an emotional statement without relying solely on plot context, though I find the surrounding top-ranked tracks more affecting or musically memorable.

  14. “Like You”

“Like You” makes a strong case for emotional directness. Its intimate focus gives the vocal performance room to carry the feeling, and its melodic simplicity feels intentional rather than underwritten. It is one of the album’s most immediately human songs.

  15. “Don’t You Forget (Reprise)”

The reprise earns its ranking by changing the meaning of a song the album has already established. A reprise can easily feel like a repeat for its own sake; here, the return gives the idea a new dramatic charge and makes the original number resonate differently.

  16. “When I Think About the Future”

This is one of the soundtrack’s most complete pieces: a clear central thought, a strong emotional arc, and enough room to let the song develop. Its reflective quality offers a welcome counterweight to the season’s more combative numbers, while still feeling tied to the story.

  17. “Brighter”

“Brighter” turns hope into a full-scale musical payoff. Its lift feels earned rather than pasted on, and the song’s sense of forward motion makes it one of the most satisfying late-season entries. It is an especially strong example of dramatic function and standalone appeal working together.

  18. “Hear My Hope”

As the longest track on the album listing, “Hear My Hope” has room to unfold as a finale rather than a quick emotional cue. Its scale, vocal presence, and sense of culmination make it a powerful closer. I rank it near the top because it feels built to reward both the scene and a full-song listen.

  19. “VOX POPULI”

“VOX POPULI” is the season’s most compelling large-scale statement for me. Its commanding presentation and charged dramatic purpose give it an identity that persists beyond the scene, and its title and scale feel matched by the song’s impact. It edges out the finale as the soundtrack’s most memorable number.

  20. “Hazbin Guarantee (Trust Us)”

The opener takes the top spot because it establishes the season’s musical character with a memorable premise, an assured sense of presentation, and enough personality to stand on its own. It is immediately legible as a number with a point of view, and it remains the song I most want to revisit after the album ends.

About the album order and release

This ranking is deliberately separate from the soundtrack’s sequence: the official album listing places “Hazbin Guarantee (Trust Us)” first and “Hear My Hope” last, while the list above is my quality order. Film Music Reporter reported a digital release on November 19, 2025, with physical availability scheduled for November 21, 2025; that release notice does not establish current stock or a specific physical edition. Apple Music and Amazon Music both list a 20-song album, and Apple Music gives its total runtime as 45 minutes.

The final two episodes’ four new songs—“Brighter,” “Live to Live,” “When I Think About the Future,” and “Hear My Hope”—are credited by Film Music Reporter to writers and producers Sam Haft and Andrew Underberg and the show’s voice cast. The same outlet reported the complete season available to stream on Prime Video at the time of its November 2025 soundtrack coverage.
