Angela Murray’s attempt to rally the house against Tucker Des Lauriers helped bring about his eviction, but it did not end her game immediately. After leaving the house, Tucker said he believed Angela would remain a target in other players’ minds.
Why did Angela try to get Tucker out?
In a Parade preview published August 28, 2024, Angela questioned Tucker’s loyalty as his relationship with Rubina Bernabe developed. The preview placed that concern in the context of an earlier moment when Tucker had saved Angela with the Power of Veto. Angela described her intended response in the Diary Room: “I think,” she paused, “I have to do something unthinkable. I’m gonna rally to get Tucker out.” Parade’s episode preview records her stated suspicion and plan; it does not establish what Tucker privately intended toward her.
Did Angela turn on Tucker, and what happened?
Yes. Angela rallied the house against Tucker, and he was evicted. In an August 30, 2024 exit interview, Tucker discussed the unexpected ouster and said he thought Angela would still be a target in other players’ minds. TV Insider’s interview with Tucker connects Angela’s effort to the outcome and reports his assessment after eviction.
Will Angela’s betrayal end her game?
Not immediately: Tucker’s eviction was the short-term result, while his exit-interview view pointed to a continuing strategic cost for Angela. His prediction was that other houseguests would keep her on their radar. That is an assessment of her risk, not confirmation of what happened to her game afterward.
