Sam Wilson and Citra Herani announced in March 2024 that they were expecting their first child, and later reporting said Citra announced the baby’s birth on June 17, 2024. That timeline—not an unverified interpretation of a photo—is the established answer to whether Citra’s first pregnancy was merely a rumor.

In the same report, Sam said he had expected they were having a boy, then was delighted to learn they were expecting a daughter: “I’ve always thought about having a boy and was convinced we were pregnant with a son, only to be delighted by the news of our daughter.”
How the announcement connected to the season 10 Tell-All
The pregnancy news was reported around the season 10 Tell-All. Us Weekly reported that Citra said she was 12 weeks pregnant when the Tell-All was filmed. That figure describes her pregnancy at filming; it is not a current update.

When did Citra give birth?
Yahoo Entertainment reported on June 17, 2024, that Citra announced she had given birth that day. Taken together, the dated reports establish an announced pregnancy in March 2024 and a reported birth in June 2024.

A TechYorker story dated January 8, 2026, used the framing that a cryptic photo with Sam had sparked pregnancy rumors and that the couple had not officially confirmed a pregnancy. That claim conflicts with the earlier announcement and birth reporting. The story’s search-result account does not establish the alleged photo’s origin, posting date, or context, so the image cannot be treated as evidence of a new pregnancy.
Rank #2
A photograph’s appearance alone cannot confirm pregnancy. The verified public timeline addresses the couple’s first child; the available reporting cited here does not substantiate a separate later pregnancy.
