A second Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer was reported online on June 9, 2026, but Sony has not confirmed the leak or explained its origin in the official pages cited here. The report came months after separate coverage of leaked Brand New Day footage and Avengers: Doomsday teasers. That timing does not establish that the incidents were connected.
What happened, and when?
Reports describe separate leak episodes, not one confirmed chain of events. The distinction matters: the December 2025 coverage concerned footage and Doomsday teasers, while the June 2026 report described a second Brand New Day trailer.
| Date | What was reported | Source | Official studio explanation established by these sources? |
|---|---|---|---|
| December 2025 | Brand New Day footage and Avengers: Doomsday teasers appeared online amid leak coverage. | TechRadar | No explanation or confirmation of the leak’s cause is established here. |
| March 18, 2026 | GamesRadar reported that the first official trailer launched after a Sony promotional event. | GamesRadar | This is a report about the official trailer’s launch, not confirmation of a leak. |
| June 9, 2026 | GamesRadar reported that a second trailer had appeared on X with watermarks. | GamesRadar | No Sony or Marvel statement confirming the reported leak or its cause is established here. |
Is the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer leak confirmed?
The June 9 account is media reporting, not an official Sony or Marvel confirmation. The official Sony pages cited below provide film information and a trailer destination; they do not identify who uploaded the reported material, explain how it appeared online, or link the incident to the earlier Doomsday episode. The word “after” in the headline describes chronology, not proven causation or an operational connection.
Where can you watch the official trailer?
Use Sony Pictures’ official trailer page to check for the authorized release. A reposted or watermarked clip is not made official merely by circulating widely; this article does not authenticate any unofficial upload.

What is Brand New Day, and how does Doomsday fit?
Sony describes Spider-Man: Brand New Day as the fourth film featuring Tom Holland as Spider-Man and the final Marvel Cinematic Universe release before Avengers: Doomsday. Its synopsis says Peter Parker lives in a world that no longer remembers him and faces a new threat. This release-order context does not establish a connection between the two films’ reported leak episodes.

No. Sony’s film page lists the feature film as digitally available beginning October 6, 2026, through Apple TV, Prime Video, Fandango, and Sony Pictures Core; availability may vary by territory. That listing concerns access to the movie, not authorization for unofficial trailer uploads.
