What is Twisters about, and who made it?
Universal described the film as a current-day chapter of the 1996 blockbuster Twister. Directed by Lee Isaac Chung, it stars Daisy Edgar-Jones and Glen Powell. Edgar-Jones plays Kate Cooper, a former storm chaser who now studies storm patterns in New York.
Amblin’s film page lists Twisters as a 2024 film and identifies Universal Pictures as its domestic distributor and Warner Bros. as its international distributor.
