2. The dark, theatrical early acts
Act I moves through “Alice,” “Replay,” and “Monster”; Act II follows with “911,” “Sour Candy,” “Telephone,” and “LoveGame.” Interludes called “The Operation” and “Flowers” frame the sections. Warner Bros. Discovery’s description highlights choreography, pyrotechnics, and outfit changes—elements that suit this stretch’s designed-for-the-arena energy.
The setlist also puts older hits such as “Telephone” and “LoveGame” beside newer material such as “911” and “Sour Candy.” That change of era keeps the show moving between familiar pop landmarks and the Chromatica world, without making the concert feel like a simple greatest-hits set.

3. “Babylon,” “Free Woman,” and “Born This Way”
After the “Birth of Freedom” interlude, Act III groups “Babylon,” “Free Woman,” and “Born This Way.” The placement gives the show a thematic and communal lift. “Born This Way,” in particular, lands within a sequence that has already shifted from the darker theatricality of the earlier acts toward a more openly expansive mood.
4. The piano-led pivot: “Shallow” and “Always Remember Us This Way”

The quieter passage continues with “The Edge of Glory” and “Angel Down,” then “Fun Tonight” and “Enigma.” Its effect comes from contrast: after the dense, kinetic acts, the film allows the audience to focus on the songs and the performance at close range.
5. The closing release: “Stupid Love,” “Rain on Me,” and “Hold My Hand”
Following the “Sonnet” interlude, the finale runs through “Stupid Love,” “Rain on Me,” and “Hold My Hand.” It returns the film to high-energy pop after the piano-led section, closing the set with a blend of Chromatica-era hits and a final anthem. The shift back to a full-scale finish makes the earlier intimacy feel like a purposeful change of pace rather than a retreat from the show’s spectacle.
