In the TV series, Black Noir is a mantle held by two different characters. The official Prime Video guide confirms that Nathan Mitchell’s successor can talk and fly; it says Homelander killed the original Black Noir, but does not give a complete power list for either version.
What powers does the TV series confirm?
The clearest official answer concerns the successor, played by Nathan Mitchell. Prime Video’s cast guide says this version “can talk and fly.” Those are the abilities the guide explicitly confirms.

The guide does not publish a full inventory of the successor’s abilities. It also does not establish a complete power set for the original television character. So claims about strength, durability, regeneration, stealth, or other abilities should not be treated as officially confirmed by this guide.
Why are there two TV versions of Black Noir?
Black Noir is a mantle, not one unchanged character throughout the series. The official guide says Homelander killed the original Black Noir and that Mitchell’s character took on the role afterward. When asking about a particular ability, it matters which version is meant: the original or the successor.

Is comic-book Black Noir the same?
No. Sony Pictures identifies the series as based on the comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, but the comic and television adaptation are separate continuities. Comic-book material should not be used as proof of what either TV character can do unless the claim is clearly labeled as comic continuity.

The comic collections offer a way to explore the source material and compare it with the adaptation. That comparison can be interesting, but it is not a definitive guide to the TV versions’ abilities.
