Were Tate McRae and The Kid LAROI dating?
The 2024 concert report described McRae as LAROI’s girlfriend. ELLE Australia’s relationship timeline records their public confirmation in April 2024 and later joint appearances and performances that year. ELLE Australia’s timeline also records public appearances in early 2025.
That historical description should not be assumed to establish their present status. Teen Vogue reported that on July 25, 2025, LAROI shared a private message saying, “Tate and I are on good terms.” The outlet said the message was interpreted as indicating a breakup, while noting it was not explicit confirmation. Teen Vogue’s relationship timeline provides that qualification; the cited account does not establish a later reconciliation.
