She has arranged the encounter to return his belongings and close a chapter, but the reunion brings the weight of a relationship she says involved years of trauma—and a love she found difficult to leave behind.
Why Khloé and Lamar meet again
According to episode coverage, Khloé arranged to meet Odom at Malika Haqq’s home so she could return his belongings. The practical purpose gives the reunion a clear boundary: she is handing back what remains from their shared life, rather than setting out to restart it.

But the meeting is emotionally charged by their history. Khloé described Odom as the love of her life and said learning to stop loving him was bound up with years of trauma. In the account published by The Beat 92.5 on February 6, 2025, she reflects: “I have dealt with so much trauma in this relationship for years and this was such the love of my life that to learn how to unlove someone – to have to go through all that – it’s almost like a death,”
That description frames the episode’s central tension: returning his belongings can be a concrete act of closure, while the feelings attached to the relationship do not necessarily end on the same schedule.

How the reunion unfolds
Episode reporting says Odom was nervous and called Khloé his wife before she told him to calm down. The detail makes the encounter feel less like a routine exchange than a meeting where the past is still present in how they address one another. That scene account comes from IOL’s February 6, 2025 report, rather than a published transcript.
The episode’s emotional center is not simply whether the two can meet again; it is what meeting asks Khloé to hold at once. She can acknowledge how deeply she loved Odom while also naming the trauma she associates with the relationship. Her phrase “learn to unlove” captures that difficult separation between the importance of a past love and the decision to move on from it.

Those official pages establish the series’ Hulu connection, but they do not confirm access to this exact episode in every region.
