Spoilers for the Season 6 finale, “Ring of Fire.” The episode brings the team’s pursuit of Hakim Siran, Trevor Hobbs’s killer, to a climax and gives Tiffany Wallace a measure of closure over Hobbs’s death. It does not erase her guilt, and the wider terrorist group’s fate remains uncertain.
Which major arc does the finale wrap up?
It is the arc that began when Agent Trevor Hobbs was killed while undercover with Tiffany. Tiffany blamed herself, and her determination to find the killer increasingly strained her judgment and put her under scrutiny. The season’s finale, “Ring of Fire,” brings the immediate pursuit of Hakim Siran to a conclusion.
CBS identifies “Ring of Fire” as Season 6, Episode 13, dated May 21, 2024. Its official synopsis says the Somali terrorist group behind Hobbs’s death resurfaces and the team pursues it: CBS’s Season 6 episode listing.

The episode therefore resolves the immediate manhunt, rather than establishing that every threat connected to Hakim’s organization has been eliminated. In a post-finale interview, Katherine Renee Kane said the team stopped Hakim and his reign of terror, but she was unsure whether the broader group was finished. TVLine’s finale recap and interview covers the confrontation and Tiffany’s visit.
Does Tiffany get closure after Hobbs’s death?
Yes, in a limited sense. Kane told TVLine that Tiffany “can really close this chapter.” She also described the ending as resolution for Tiffany’s guilt and the team’s pursuit of the terrorist. In her Us Weekly interview, Kane said, “I think she does get resolution for both things.”
Rank #2
That resolution is not the same as instant recovery. Kane said Tiffany would continue coping with guilt and that getting through it would take time. The finale closes the immediate case and gives her a chance to face Hobbs’s widow; it leaves the emotional aftermath as ongoing character material. Kane also discussed Tiffany’s unsettled period in TheWrap’s interview about the finale.

Tiffany’s conviction that Hakim had returned to the United States led her to defy orders before the team confirmed he was back. Her pursuit put her decisions under scrutiny, making the final face-off a test not only of whether she could reach Hakim but also of her judgment and self-control. TVLine’s May 19, 2024 preview traces the suspicion and pressure leading into the finale.
