En marzo de 2024, Thalí García acusó públicamente a Telemundo y a la productora Endemol Shine BoomDog de agravios relacionados con su trabajo y su participación en programas de la cadena. Telemundo respondió que tomaba sus alegaciones con seriedad y que estaba indagando sobre sus comentarios. Qué denunció Thalí García
En un video en directo publicado en redes sociales, García hizo varias acusaciones sobre su trayectoria en producciones de Telemundo, según informó People en Español el 13 de marzo de 2024. Sus afirmaciones deben entenderse como alegaciones atribuidas a ella, no como hechos verificados de forma independiente por esa cobertura.
Su trabajo y el papel en El señor de los cielos
García alegó que su esposo, el productor Felipe Aguilar, había sido despedido injustificadamente de una producción de Telemundo. También dijo que su papel en la novena temporada de El señor de los cielos se redujo de forma sorpresiva.
Su salida de La casa de los famosos y la relación con Lupillo Rivera
García afirmó que la producción de La casa de los famosos presentó su relación con Lupillo Rivera como un romance. Negó haber tenido contacto físico con Rivera y sostuvo que la producción había manipulado lo ocurrido. En la misma cobertura, dijo que durante su experiencia en el reality le dieron un medicamento contra su voluntad; la fuente no aporta una verificación médica independiente de esa afirmación.

García resumió su postura con la frase: “No al acoso laboral, no a la difamación y daño moral. Ya no me van a humillar ni a silenciar”.
Qué respondió Telemundo
La cadena dijo que la seguridad de su talento y la integridad de sus programas eran su prioridad. Añadió: “Tomamos las alegaciones sobre nuestros programas con mucha seriedad y actualmente estamos indagando sobre los comentarios hechos por Thalí García”, según la declaración reproducida por People en Español.

La respuesta confirma que Telemundo anunció que estaba indagando; por sí sola no establece una conclusión ni una resolución sobre las acusaciones.
