Mayor of Kingstown, the crime drama co-created by Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon, was reported to have spent 200 days on Paramount+’s domestic charts after its fourth season returned in late October 2025. The milestone was reported in December 2025; it describes chart duration, not a specific rank, viewership total, or current chart position.
What streaming milestone did Mayor of Kingstown reach?
A December 2025 article excerpt reproduced in an IMDb news listing reported that Mayor of Kingstown had completed 200 days on Paramount+’s domestic charts. The report connected the run to the series’ season-four return in late October 2025. The milestone report does not specify the show’s exact rank or how many people watched it. It is a dated report of chart duration, not proof that the series remained on a chart in October 2026.

Is it Taylor Sheridan’s lowest-rated show?
The “lowest-rated” label is not established as a like-for-like ranking across Taylor Sheridan’s shows. A fair ranking would need to compare the same Rotten Tomatoes score type across the same set of series, clarify whether it uses whole-series or season scores, and account for review counts and the date checked.
Rotten Tomatoes currently displays Mayor of Kingstown at 64% on the Tomatometer, based on 48 reviews, and 84% on the Popcornmeter, based on 1,000-plus ratings. Its displayed season scores vary considerably:

| Season | Rotten Tomatoes score |
|---|---|
| Season 1 | 31% |
| Season 2 | 50% |
| Season 3 | 78% |
| Season 4 | 100% |
These are point-in-time aggregator scores; the overall Tomatometer and Popcornmeter use different groups and measures, so they should not be treated as interchangeable. Rotten Tomatoes’ series page lists the ratings and identifies the show as TV-MA.
What is Mayor of Kingstown about?
Rotten Tomatoes describes the series as a crime drama centered on the McLusky family and the prison economy in Kingstown, Michigan. Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon are credited as its co-creators. The series’ subject is the local power system surrounding incarceration, rather than a documentary account of a real Michigan town.

A chart run and an audience total are different measurements. The 200-day report gives a duration on Paramount+’s domestic charts, but no rank or audience figure. Separately, Paramount Skydance’s May 4, 2026 shareholder letter said, “Landman is now the most-watched series in Paramount+ history,” and reported 12.5 million global viewers for The Madison in its first month on the service. Those are company-reported figures for other series, not audience measurements for Mayor of Kingstown. Paramount Skydance’s Q1 2026 shareholder letter.
