How the endgame unfolded
TVLine’s May 24 recap provides the detailed sequence. Carson Garrett won an earlier immunity challenge, and Lauren Harpe was eliminated. In the last immunity challenge, Heidi won and secured a place in the final three.
Heidi takes on Carson at fire-making
Rather than keep the safety of her immunity necklace, Heidi chose to face Carson in the fire-making contest. TVLine reports she made fire in 3 minutes and 2 seconds, eliminating him. This event-by-event account comes from TVLine’s recap, rather than the high-level official episode listing.
