Actor Arianne Zucker’s 2024 lawsuit alleged sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation connected with her work on Days of Our Lives. The parties settled in October 2025, but the settlement terms were not disclosed. Zucker is also associated with the 2005 “Access Hollywood” tape because she was present when Donald Trump and Billy Bush visited the show’s set; the recorded remarks were about Nancy O’Dell, not Zucker.
What did Arianne Zucker allege?
In February 2024, Zucker sued Days of Our Lives production company Corday Productions, company head Ken Corday and former executive producer Albert Alarr. She alleged sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation related to her work on the soap opera. The defendants disputed her claims. The allegations were not findings of fact.

Why is Zucker linked to the Trump “Access Hollywood” tape?
The connection is the setting, not the subject of the remarks. In September 2005, Trump and Access Hollywood host Billy Bush were recorded while traveling to the Days of Our Lives set. Zucker was present in the set context and became associated with the recording in later coverage. Trump’s remarks focused on Nancy O’Dell.
O’Dell responded publicly in 2016, criticizing the objectification of women. In a statement quoted by the Los Angeles Times on October 8, 2016, she said, “Everyone deserves respect no matter the setting or gender.”

What happened in the lawsuit?
August 2024: a procedural ruling
In August 2024, a judge allowed a disputed portion of Zucker’s request for an order barring Alarr from harassing behavior in future workplaces to proceed, according to an excerpt of Rolling Stone republished by AllSides. That was a procedural development; it did not decide whether Zucker’s allegations were true.
October 2025: the parties settle
Zucker and the show’s producers reached a settlement in October 2025. The Los Angeles Times reported that a settlement notice was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and that the terms were not disclosed. The report does not establish what, if anything, was paid or whether the agreement included other conditions.

Zucker’s attorney, Anahita Sedaghatfar, said, “She stood up for herself and others in an industry where speaking out about harassment often comes at great personal cost.” Alarr’s attorney, Daniel Barta, said Alarr settled solely to “end the dispute and move forward.” Those statements reflect the attorneys’ positions; neither is a court finding about the allegations.
