Team GB’s Paris 2024 collection earns a playful, subjective “gold” for its clean red, white and blue look—not an official medal or an independently judged style award. The kit was designed by adidas, which highlighted a 1924-inspired typeface, expressive color and line details, and inclusive design features.
What made Team GB’s Paris 2024 kit stand out?
Team GB and ParalympicsGB’s official sportswear provider, adidas, unveiled the athlete collection on 18 April 2024. Team GB said the collection was available through its shop at launch. Its visual identity was rooted in British red, white and blue, with a typeface inspired by the lettering worn by athletes in 1924.

adidas described the repeated lines and color accents as expressions of athletes’ “fire” and passion. That is the brand’s design intent, rather than an objective measure of how the kit looks. Jacqueline King, adidas Design Director, Specialist Sports, called it “a kit which is grounded in simplicity – resulting in a sleek, modern collection”.
How did the design connect to function and inclusion?
The collection was more than a visual statement. adidas said 81% of apparel worn on and off the field of play at Paris 2024 used design principles intended to work for athletes with and without disabilities. The figure is adidas’s own report, not an independently audited measure established here. The company cited details including seam placement, fastening changes and different product lengths.

At the launch, athlete Tom Daley said: “The pride and passion I feel when representing my country on the biggest sporting stage is second to none, so to unveil a kit that encompasses what this moment means is incredibly special.”
Can you still buy Team GB Paris 2024 merchandise?
The launch announcement said the kit collection was available from the Team GB Shop, and the shop’s collection listing described items such as T-shirts, hoodies, vests and towels. But the shop page opened during this research redirected to a password screen saying a new store was coming soon. That does not establish current stock or a current buying option; check the shop directly before setting out to purchase a particular item.

The most natural fanwear search is “Team GB adidas Paris 2024 shirt,” but no current Amazon listing, exact model, live price or affiliate eligibility was verified. Treat any listing you find as a separate product and confirm its seller, sizing and availability.
What is known about the adidas–Team GB partnership?
In July 2024, adidas and Team GB announced an extension of their partnership through 2032. Team GB’s announcement also noted the 1924 typeface reference. The announcement establishes the relationship at that time; it does not confirm that a particular Paris 2024 item is still available. Kathryn Swarbrick, adidas Northern Europe’s Senior Vice President, described the collaboration as a commitment to “elite performance and style”—a spokesperson’s view, not an independent ranking.

Was Team GB officially awarded a style gold?
No official style medal or independently judged “best-looking merchandise” ranking is established by these announcements. The gold is an editorial verdict on the collection’s design: a recognizable national palette, a historical lettering reference and functional details designed with a broad range of athletes in mind.
