Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce engaged?
Yes. Swift and Kelce announced their engagement together on August 26, 2025. The Associated Press reported that their joint Instagram post carried the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” The AP report presents the couple’s own announcement as confirmation.

What did the 2024 insider report actually say?
In August 2024, ELLE reported that an unnamed “Kelce insider” had told Page Six, “The engagement is happening soon.” ELLE also reported that Kelce’s representative said there were no “official engagement plans” at that time. ELLE’s account describes a contemporaneous rumor and a representative’s response, not confirmation of the couple’s private intentions.
The later engagement announcement establishes that the couple became engaged; it does not establish that the anonymous source had privileged knowledge or that “soon” was an accurate prediction. The 2024 claim and the 2025 joint announcement are different kinds of evidence and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Did Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce get married?
ABC News reports that Swift and Kelce married on July 3, 2026, in New York City, citing a representative for Swift. ABC News also reports that Adam Sandler officiated and that Swift’s brother Austin served as her “man of honor”; those ceremony details are attributed to ABC’s reporting.

“Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Engagement is Imminent, Says Insider Source” describes an August 2024 rumor as though it were current. The couple’s engagement was publicly announced in August 2025, and ABC News reports that they married in July 2026. The more useful account separates the anonymous prediction from the later confirmed milestones rather than treating the outcome as proof that the earlier source was reliable.
