The August 5, 2024 announcement described Kay Vess crossing paths with the veteran pirate, who is trying to settle old scores with a ruthless pirate gang. Ubisoft originally scheduled the pack for spring 2025; that was a planned release window, not confirmation of its current availability.
What is A Pirate’s Fortune in Star Wars Outlaws?
A Pirate’s Fortune is a story pack announced for Star Wars Outlaws, centered on Kay Vess’s encounter with Hondo Ohnaka. Ubisoft’s August 2024 description says Kay’s reputation aboard the Trailblazer precedes her when she runs into the veteran pirate. Hondo is seeking to settle old scores with a ruthless gang of pirates. Ubisoft’s announcement outlines that premise but does not give a fuller plot synopsis.

When was the story pack supposed to arrive?
Ubisoft’s August 5, 2024 roadmap originally listed A Pirate’s Fortune for spring 2025. That date records the publisher’s plan at the time, not the pack’s current release status. The announcement does not establish whether it is available now, what it costs, or which current editions include it.
How was it meant to be sold?
In the same 2024 roadmap, Ubisoft said its two planned story packs would be included with the Season Pass and also available as separate purchases. The announcement does not confirm today’s storefront terms or pricing, so check the listing for the specific platform and edition before buying.
