4. Neenah: a destination for haunted attractions
Travel Wisconsin describes Burial Chamber in Neenah as a multi-event haunted complex with themed experiences and a family-friendly “I Spy” option. Compare the experiences before booking: a family-oriented activity and a more intense haunt may suit very different groups. The guide also states, “Over 100 actors participate each night!” but does not date that figure, so treat it as an undated claim rather than a current attendance or staffing statistic.

Travel Wisconsin describes a Dells Ghost Boat that travels the Wisconsin River at dusk before a haunted hike through Cold Water Canyon; its guide also mentions haunted trolley experiences. The river-and-canyon format is distinct from a walk through town or indoor attraction. Check whether the specific tour is operating on your date and confirm access conditions for the hike.
7. Lake Geneva: a ghost-inspired walking tour
Travel Wisconsin names Lake Geneva as a place for popular ghost-inspired walking tours. Choose it if a guided walk and local stories are more appealing than a high-intensity haunt. Confirm the current operator, schedule, route length and booking requirements directly before setting your itinerary.

Plan around the event, not just the town
