Southern Charm Season 10, Episode 10, “Bahama Blues,” is listed as airing February 13, 2025. Although the assigned headline mentions Bermuda, the episode’s trip is to the Bahamas. Its main tension is Shep and Sienna’s uncertain relationship, with Molly’s crush and Taylor’s defense of Sienna complicating the group’s getaway.
Before the Bahamas: friends doubt Shep and Sienna
Before the trip, Paige and Madison discuss Shep’s relationship with Craig. Both doubt that Sienna is interested in Shep, while Madison suggests that Sienna’s looks are part of what attracts him. The recap also frames Shep as anxious about Sienna’s distance. Molly has a crush on him but keeps it to herself as he tries to make things work with Sienna.

Molly’s crush stays mostly under the surface
Molly goes swimsuit shopping with Shep for the trip and admits that her crush makes the outing awkward. Shep talks about Sienna and his plan to give her a shark-tooth necklace. Molly jokes that she is available if the relationship falls apart. Taylor likes Molly but is unsure whether to encourage her.
Venita and JT bring a friendship rift into the trip
Venita says her flirtation with JT is over, though she still considers him her best friend. JT hopes the trip might help him reconcile with Madison and blames Craig for contributing to his falling-out with her. Venita advises JT to keep his emotions in check around Craig, setting up a separate friendship thread alongside the Shep-Sienna drama.

Taylor challenges Shep’s description of Sienna
Before the group arrives, Rodrigo tells Austen that Taylor overheard Shep call Sienna “inexperienced.” Taylor objects to the description and says it degrades Sienna. She later tells her mother that she thinks Shep is insecure because Sienna is successful. Those are Taylor’s interpretations, not established facts about either person’s motives.
In the Bahamas, the group questions what Shep and Sienna are
Shep worries when Sienna does not answer him at first. The group then discusses whether they are exclusive; according to the recap, Shep says they never officially decided that. Taylor argues that Shep created the problem. Other cast members criticize his choices or wonder whether Sienna is stringing him along, so the group does not settle on a shared reading of the relationship.

A strained reunion offers little reassurance
When Sienna eventually joins the group, Craig and Austen read her as distant. In one awkward exchange, Shep asks her to stay while he changes; she says she will meet him downstairs. Their brief interaction fits the episode’s larger uncertainty: Shep appears to expect closeness that Sienna does not clearly reciprocate.

The episode’s central question is not simply whether Shep and Sienna are together, but whether they have the same expectations of the relationship. Shep says exclusivity was never formally agreed, while his anxiety about Sienna’s distance suggests he wants more certainty. Friends interpret her interest differently, and Taylor’s defense of Sienna pushes back against the way Shep talks about her. Molly’s crush adds another complication, while Venita and JT’s friendship story gives the trip a second source of tension.
