What the revealed artwork is
ComicBook.com described the image as the cover for Volume 3 of the Solo Leveling: Ragnarok comic and attributed its appearance to a post by @SoloLevelUpdate on X. That supports calling it a reported Volume 3 cover reveal, but not a direct publisher announcement: the article does not cite one. [ComicBook.com]

The report said no release date or further Volume 3 details had been announced at the time it was published. The artwork alone therefore does not confirm when the volume will be available, or that it has gone on sale. [ComicBook.com]
How the cover reveal relates to the series hiatus
Tapas announced on January 31, 2026 that Season 2 had concluded and the comic would take a hiatus before returning with Season 3. The notice was signed by Team Tapas. A cover reveal is separate from that serialization update: it does not confirm that the comic has returned or set a date for Season 3. [Tapas]
