Sky Force is a 2025 Hindi action-drama inspired by India’s 1965 retaliatory strike on Pakistan’s Sargodha Air Base. Its trailer promotes an “untold story,” but that is advertising language: the available film records establish the historical inspiration, not that every character or event shown is a verified account.
What the Sky Force trailer shows
The official trailer bills Sky Force as “the untold story of India’s first and deadliest airstrike” and announces a theatrical release on 24 January 2025. The phrase “first and deadliest” is promotional copy, not an independently verified historical ranking.

Prime Video’s synopsis describes a later effort by Ahuja to uncover the truth about Squadron Leader Vijaya and seek recognition for his sacrifice. These are descriptions of the film’s story, not independent confirmation of the events.
