Which Starbucks Star Wars mugs came out in 2021?
The two designs documented in contemporaneous May 4, 2021 reports were Endor and Batuu. The reports said both were released that day on Shop Disney for $19.99 each. How the designs differ
Endor: a Return of the Jedi scene
Endor’s character mix points to the forest moon setting and the original trilogy. Its reported artwork combines Rebels and droids with Stormtroopers and Ewoks, making the design the more direct fit for fans of Return of the Jedi.
Batuu: a Galaxy’s Edge setting
Batuu draws on the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge location. Its reported lineup mixes sequel-era characters such as Rey and Kylo Ren with Chewbacca, BB-8 and the park’s droid R-X3.

Where to look for one now
Start with the broad phrase “Starbucks Star Wars mug,” then include “Batuu” or “Endor” to narrow results. Disney Store’s current Starbucks catalog lists Star Wars Discovery Series mugs named Endor, Crait and Naboo, alongside a miniature three-mug ornament set. The current catalog page displays $24.99 for each mug and $49.99 for the ornament set; those are current displayed catalog prices, not the 2021 prices, and a catalog page does not establish that a specific 2021 edition is available. Disney Store Starbucks collection.
Disney Store Europe product pages provide additional regional product information, but should not be used to infer global availability or assume every similarly named design is the same edition. The European Endor page describes a 414 ml ceramic mug with matte glaze and collector box and marks it sold out; its Tatooine listing describes a 414 ml stoneware mug and is also marked sold out. What to check before buying a listing
Older mugs may appear in resale listings, but current stock, seller authenticity and any particular listing’s condition need to be assessed individually. Compare the design name, edition markings and artwork with the mug being offered, then examine the listing’s photos and packaging details.
- Seller: Check who is actually selling the item and review seller history or reputation.
- Edition and artwork: Confirm whether the listing is for Batuu, Endor or a later design. A shared Starbucks and Star Wars theme does not establish that it is one of the documented 2021 mugs.
- Condition and box: Look for clear photos of the mug, markings and collector’s box, and read the condition description carefully.
- Total cost and recourse: Compare the delivered price, including shipping, and check the seller’s return policy before ordering.
The documented reports do not establish the exact 2021 US stock status, an official complete release lineup, or present-day resale value. Disney’s current catalog is useful for seeing other Star Wars designs, but it should not be mistaken for proof that either 2021 mug is currently in stock.
