It is not one continuous adaptation. The cataloged episodes range from fantasy and science fiction to maze-bound action and corporate satire, with runtimes of 8 to 19 minutes.
What is Secret Level about?
Created by Amazon MGM Studios and Blur Studio, Secret Level turns game settings into standalone animated stories rather than retelling one game across a season. Tim Miller is credited as creator and executive producer; Dave Wilson is an executive producer and supervising director, according to TheWrap. Blur, the studio behind Love, Death + Robots, describes the series as 15 original episodes spanning new games, existing titles, indies, and classics.
The idea also fits Amazon Games’ stated interest in extending game worlds beyond games when it makes sense. Its 2024 announcement quoted Christoph Hartmann, then Vice President of Amazon Games, describing transmedia opportunities as part of the company’s vision. New World: Aeternum Game Director Scot Lane said the episode would introduce more people to that universe through a new story. These comments describe the project’s intent; the shorts remain separate stories rather than a shared narrative.
Which video games and worlds appear in Secret Level?
Prime Video’s Season 1 catalog names 14 game properties and one additional episode, Playtime. Its numbering, titles, synopses, runtimes, and dates are reproduced below. The catalog page is localized for the Philippines; dates can display differently by market.

How many episodes are there, and when did they come out?
Prime Video lists 15 Season 1 episodes. The catalog dates place episodes 1–8 on Dec. 9 or 10, 2024, and episodes 9–15 on Dec. 16, 2024. Amazon Games’ Aug. 20, 2024 announcement described Dec. 10 as the planned global launch and said the show would be available in more than 240 countries and territories. That was the announced launch plan, not confirmation of current access in every region. What should viewers know before watching?
Prime Video’s Philippines-localized listing shows a series-level 16+ advisory and warnings for violence, alcohol use, smoking, language, and flashing or strobing imagery. Ratings and advisories can differ by market. The range of source material and short runtimes may suit viewers who want self-contained introductions to different game worlds; the anthology format means there is no single story arc connecting all 15 entries.

No official second-season order or continuation date is established in the cited materials. Blur says the show was Prime Video’s largest debut ever for a new animated series, but its project page gives no audience figure, measurement window, or methodology, so the claim should be understood as the studio’s own characterization rather than a published viewership total.
