Nicole Pardo Molina, conocida como “La Nicholette”, fue reportada como víctima de privación ilegal de la libertad en Culiacán el 20 de enero de 2026. La Fiscalía de Sinaloa informó el 24 de enero que había sido localizada con vida, estaba con su familia y fuera de peligro. La autoridad no detalló entonces cómo fue localizada. Los pormenores de su regreso que se conocieron meses después provienen de una entrevista, no de una actualización oficial completa del caso.
Qué ocurrió entre el 20 y el 24 de enero
- 20 de enero: Nicole Pardo Molina fue reportada como víctima de privación ilegal de la libertad en la zona de Isla Musala, en Culiacán, Sinaloa. N+ informó que las primeras indagatorias describían a tres hombres armados y un vehículo blanco con reporte de robo. La posible relación con Los Mayos se manejaba como una línea de investigación, no como una responsabilidad demostrada. N+ reportó esos datos el 20 de enero de 2026.
- 22 de enero: Omar García Harfuch, entonces titular de la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana, dijo que las autoridades daban seguimiento a los vehículos y trabajaban con la Fiscalía estatal. N+ reprodujo su declaración: “Estamos trabajando con la Fiscalía. La Fiscalía del estado de Sinaloa, nos notificó de manera inmediata. Hay seguimiento ya a los vehículos que participan y también vamos a informar de manera puntual hasta su recuperación.” La cobertura de N+ se publicó el 22 de enero de 2026.
- 24 de enero: la Fiscalía General del Estado de Sinaloa confirmó que Pardo Molina había sido localizada con vida, se encontraba con su familia y estaba fuera de peligro. En esa comunicación no explicó cómo fue localizada ni anunció detenciones. La Fiscalía difundió la actualización en sus canales oficiales.
Qué contó después sobre su regreso
El 28 de julio de 2026, Infobae publicó una entrevista retrospectiva con Pardo Molina en el podcast Gusgri. Según el relato que ella ofreció, sus captores la dejaron cerca de una parada de taxis el 24 de enero y volvió a El Salado en taxi. Estos detalles describen su versión personal de los hechos; no fueron incluidos en la comunicación oficial de la Fiscalía del 24 de enero. Infobae publicó la entrevista el 28 de julio de 2026.
Qué se sabe sobre posibles detenciones y responsables
Infobae informó en julio que dos sospechosos identificados fueron arrestados unas tres semanas después del hecho. El mismo medio señaló que la Fiscalía no había confirmado públicamente que todos los involucrados estuvieran detenidos. Por eso, esa información debe atribuirse al reporte periodístico y no tomarse como una actualización oficial exhaustiva del expediente. Las fuentes citadas no establecen el estado procesal completo de los sospechosos a octubre de 2026.
La posible conexión con Los Mayos apareció en la cobertura inicial como una hipótesis de investigación. Las fuentes disponibles no prueban judicialmente la autoría, establecen un motivo definitivo ni confirman que esa organización haya ordenado el hecho.
