What is the story behind the character lineup?
Disney describes Hoppers as a story about Mabel using new technology to “hop” her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver so she can communicate directly with animals. That premise brings human characters such as Mabel, Dr Sam and Mayor Jerry together with animal leaders including King George. The film’s official US page lists a release date of March 6, 2026, and a runtime of 1 hour 45 minutes. Disney’s official film page provides those film details and the core premise.
