In April 2024, a report said Scott Disick was seeking help amid concerns about his weight and alleged Ozempic use. The claim came from unnamed sources, not from Disick himself. Later coverage reported a separate acknowledgment that he had taken Mounjaro; that does not confirm the earlier Ozempic allegation.
What was alleged in April 2024?
Indy100 relayed claims from unnamed Daily Mail sources that Disick had used Ozempic, was troubled by weight gain and his subsequent thin appearance, and was working with a nutritionist. Indy100 said it contacted his representative for comment, but its article did not report a direct confirmation from Disick. The nutritionist detail, like the medication and help-seeking claims, remains attributed to those unnamed sources. Read Indy100’s account.
AceShowbiz also covered the allegation on April 21, 2024, but its article repeated the claim rather than independently confirming it. See AceShowbiz’s report.
What did Disick say about his diet and weight?
In an episode of The Kardashians discussed by The Independent on June 6, 2024, Disick described eating a box of Hawaiian rolls and drinking 20 ginger ales a day. The Independent quoted him saying, “Honestly, I had no idea how horrible it was.” That figure is his reported personal account, not an independently verified measurement or a population statistic.

The same coverage said Disick described gaining weight and being unable to run around after his August 2022 car accident. These remarks provide context about what he said on the show; they do not verify the earlier claim that he sought help over Ozempic. Read The Independent’s report.
What did he later say about Mounjaro?
Us Weekly reported that a February 2025 episode showed Mounjaro in Disick’s refrigerator and that he later said, “I’m not embarrassed I took it.” The quotation is Us Weekly’s account of the episode dialogue. The drug named in that later account is Mounjaro—not Ozempic—so it should not be treated as confirmation of the 2024 allegation.
