Meia-solidária, meia-entrada e inteira
A listagem incluía as três modalidades. Para a meia-solidária, indicava a doação de 1 kg de alimento não perecível. A página também registrava classificação etária de 16 anos. Essas condições dizem respeito à oferta daquela edição e não devem ser tomadas como regras de festivais futuros.

O festival foi anunciado para a Marina da Glória, no Rio de Janeiro, em 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20 e 27 de janeiro de 2024. Segundo a cobertura de O Globo sobre o anúncio, a programação reuniria cerca de 70 atrações em dois palcos, com diferentes gêneros da música brasileira.
Entre os nomes e encontros citados na programação anunciada estavam Xuxa, Marina Sena com Juliette, Raça Negra, BaianaSystem, Elba Ramalho com Geraldo Azevedo, Gilsons, Dennis DJ, Gloria Groove, Jorge e Mateus, Bell Marques e Olodum com Margareth Menezes. A lista também mencionava Rebecca com MC Carol e Pabllo Vittar e SPC com Alexandre Pires. Esses nomes registram o line-up divulgado; não confirmam, por si só, quais apresentações efetivamente ocorreram.
