Why did Hannah Lee Fowler file for divorce?
Fowler filed for divorce in Tennessee in February 2022. Entertainment Tonight reported that the filing cited irreconcilable differences and included allegations of inappropriate marital conduct and adultery. Those statements were allegations in a court filing, not judicial findings; the reporting does not establish that a court determined them to be true. Entertainment Tonight’s report on the filing
What happened to the initial filing?
According to Entertainment Tonight, the first withdrawal followed a filing in the wrong county, after which the complaint was resubmitted. The procedural sequence matters: the initial withdrawal should not be described simply as Fowler changing her mind.

Did Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler call off their divorce?
Entertainment Tonight reported that Fowler nonsuited the complaint in April 2022 and that a judge approved the request. The outlet also quoted an unnamed source saying, “Sam and Hannah are working on healing their relationship.” That was the source’s characterization, not a public statement from either spouse. The case’s dismissal establishes what happened to that complaint; it does not, by itself, establish the couple’s current relationship status. Entertainment Tonight
What has been reported about their children?
People reported that Hunt announced in June 2022 that he and Fowler had welcomed a daughter, Lucy Lu, in May. Us Weekly’s retrospective, updated July 8, 2025, reports a second child by November 2023 and a third in May 2025. The later children’s names and exact birth dates are not verified in these accounts.
