Is Rogue Agent based on a true story?
Yes, though the wording varies by listing: Netflix calls it “based on a true story,” while Australian Classification describes it as “inspired by a true story.” Both identify Robert Freegard, who impersonated an MI5 agent, as the real person behind the premise. The film presents the case as a dramatic feature, not a documentary.

How long is Rogue Agent?
The Australian Classification record lists a runtime of 116 minutes. Apple TV gives the equivalent duration as 1 hour 56 minutes. The Australian record lists the production year as 2021 and was classified on 17 October 2022; Netflix identifies the title as a 2022 drama.

What is the age rating and content advice?
Australian Classification rates the film M and gives the consumer advice “Mature themes, sex and coarse language.” Its detail notes a sex scene, coarse language and brief buttock nudity.
