Because the available sourcing supports this one quotation, this is a short, carefully attributed selection rather than a fabricated top-ten list.
The “400 days a year” claim
“If I say I wrestled four hundred days a year, it’s no exaggeration. My years were actually longer than 365 days.”
ITR Wrestling attributes this sentence to Hogan’s 2009 autobiography, My Life Outside the Ring. The humor is immediate: a calendar year cannot literally contain 400 days. In a longer passage reproduced by WrestleCrap, Hogan reportedly explains the claim through travel between the United States and Japan, including crossing the International Date Line.
That explanation supplies the story behind the boast, not proof that Hogan wrestled 400 days in a year. The figure is part of a reported quotation, not a validated match statistic. The original book was not independently checked for this article, so the attribution should be understood as secondary reporting.

Why there aren’t ten verified quotes here
A Ringside Intel video published in 2024 advertises ten ridiculous Hogan quotes, but its available description does not provide the lines or a transcript. It cannot verify individual quotations. A 2023 podcast transcript includes Ric Flair recounting Hogan’s “average of 400 days a year, 400 times” claim; that is Flair’s later retelling, not the wording of the autobiography quotation above.
Those versions should not be blended into a longer quote or presented as additional verified Hogan lines. Without a recording or original publication for each one, a bigger list would risk misquoting him. The one book-attributed sentence is funny enough to stand on its own.
