Reports published on 29 October 2025 said Princess Beatrice was in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Princess Eugenie had travelled to Paris. The reports came amid renewed scrutiny of their parents, but they did not establish that the sisters’ trips were caused by the scandal. They also do not establish where either sister is now.
Where were Beatrice and Eugenie reported to be?
Beatrice in Riyadh
Marie Claire reported on 29 October 2025 that Beatrice appeared to have travelled to Saudi Arabia and was seen at the Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh. The article attributed the account to the Mirror; it was reporting about an appearance, not an official announcement from Beatrice or the Royal Family. Marie Claire’s report describes the available details.
Eugenie in Paris
The same report said Eugenie appeared in a social-media post from a trip to Paris with friends. It did not establish the trip’s duration or provide a statement from Eugenie explaining it. AOL’s republication of InStyle’s account also reported the sisters’ respective destinations.
What was the connection to the scandal?
The timing overlapped with events involving their father, Andrew. On 17 October 2025, he said he would no longer use his title or honours, adding that he “vigorously deny[ies] the accusations against me.” His statement is published by the Royal Family. The travel reports followed later that month, but they offered no evidence that the scandal prompted either sister to travel.

A separate report said Beatrice and Eugenie missed a planned appearance at the inaugural Pink Ball at the British Museum on 18 October. It said no firm reason was given for their absence. That absence, like the reported trips, does not establish a motive. The InStyle account republished by AOL covers the event.
Did Andrew’s title changes apply to his daughters?
Andrew’s 17 October statement that he would stop using his title and honours was distinct from the formal process announced later. The Royal Family’s press-release index lists a 30 October 2025 announcement concerning the process to remove his style, titles and honours. A House of Commons Library briefing published on 12 March 2026 explains the distinction between his earlier statement and the formal process, as well as the legal status of titles. Neither travel report says the sisters’ reported destinations were related to a change in their own titles.

The October 2025 reports are a snapshot of reported travel, not a current whereabouts update. One account said it was not known whether the sisters had returned to the U.K. No return dates or present locations were established in that coverage.
Later events should not be read as confirmation of those trips or their motives. For example, ITV reported on 30 March 2026 that Beatrice and Eugenie planned to miss the Royal Family’s Easter church service after making alternative plans with the King’s agreement. That was a separate decision, not evidence about where they travelled in October 2025. ITV’s report describes the later plans.
