Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko sued Priscilla Presley in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 11, 2025, seeking more than $50 million and alleging fraud and breach of contract. Their complaint says the dispute grew out of business ventures tied to Presley’s name and image and an earlier licensing deal they say was concealed. These are the plaintiffs’ allegations, not findings by a court.
What the $50 million lawsuit alleges
Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times reported that Kruse and Fialko said they invested time and millions of dollars in ventures built around Presley’s brand, then were cut out of the relationship. They allege Presley concealed an earlier transaction licensing her name to Elvis Presley Enterprises. In their account, that 2005 deal was worth $6.5 million; the figure is part of their claim, not an adjudicated valuation or finding. Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times reported the allegations.
The plaintiffs also reportedly alleged that Presley received $2.4 million in a 2023 deal with Riley Keough connected to the estate dispute. That, too, is the plaintiffs’ account as reported by AP—not a court finding.
Kruse and Fialko’s attorney, Jordan Matthews, told AP and the Los Angeles Times: “The evidence will establish that the real victims here are my clients, who invested millions and years of hard work into revitalizing Priscilla Presley’s brand, only to be betrayed and falsely accused once the money was on the table and every personal and business issue had been resolved.” This is counsel’s characterization of the case, not independently established evidence.

How Presley’s earlier lawsuit presents the dispute
Before the partners filed the 2025 suit, Presley had sued Kruse and Fialko, accusing them of fraud and elder abuse. According to AP’s account of that lawsuit, Presley alleged that they isolated her, improperly gained control over personal and business affairs, and took charge of financial matters. Those claims are allegations as well. Presley’s attorney described the partners’ case as a counter-narrative to the accusations in Presley’s suit, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The two lawsuits therefore offer competing accounts of the business relationship and control over Presley’s affairs. The reports cited here do not establish that a court has determined the merits of either side’s claims.

What the complaint says about Lisa Marie Presley and the estate
The 2025 complaint also made allegations concerning Lisa Marie Presley’s death and control of the Presley estate. The Los Angeles Times reported that the filing connected those claims to a dispute over the estate. They remain allegations attributed to the complaint; they should not be treated as established facts or as findings about Lisa Marie Presley’s death.
The jewelry lawsuit is a separate case
A different lawsuit involving allegations about a jewelry collection was dropped without prejudice in February 2026, MyNewsLA reported. The report said the court papers did not identify whether the parties had settled. That separate matter is not the $50 million lawsuit, and its dismissal does not establish what happened in the main case. The description by Presley’s attorney Martin Singer of jewelry-case claims as “absurd” and “without merit” applied to that separate dispute, not necessarily to every allegation in Kruse and Fialko’s suit. What is known about the main case’s status
The available reporting confirms that Kruse and Fialko filed the principal lawsuit on August 11, 2025, but does not establish its procedural status as of October 8, 2026. Without a current court docket record, it is not possible to say whether that case remains pending, has been settled, or has otherwise been resolved.
