For the official manga sequence, start with chapter 1095 and continue into the chapters collected in volumes 108 and 109.
What Kuma’s backstory reveals
The flashback shifts attention from Kuma’s role in the present-day story to his origins. A secondary chapter synopsis identifies two central facts introduced in chapter 1095: Kuma is a Buccaneer, and his childhood involved enslavement. Those points establish the broad outline of his past, but they are not a full account of the flashback’s events or chronology.

Chapter 1096 and the collected volumes
VIZ lists chapter 1096 with a release date of November 5, 2023. The date identifies that chapter’s listing; it is not a date for the entire flashback. View VIZ’s chapter 1096 listing.
For readers using collected editions, Shueisha’s official listing places chapters 1095–1100 in volume 108. The official One Piece site lists volume 109 as covering chapters 1101–1110, so the story continues in the next volume. Confirm the edition and availability for your market before choosing a physical or digital copy.

The available evidence supports the Buccaneer identity and childhood enslavement as broad premises, not a scene-by-scene recap.
