December 19 is not enough to identify a New York Times Crossword: the puzzle changes each year. The year is missing from this title, and the available information does not verify a complete answer key for any intended December 19 grid. Check the matching date in the official archive before relying on an answer list.
Why the year matters
The NYT publishes a different crossword for each date in each year. A page labeled only “December 19” could therefore point to several puzzles. A third-party search result describes a December 19, 2025 puzzle as a Friday crossword with 72 clues, but that does not establish that 2025 is the intended year or verify the puzzle’s full solution. Those details should not be applied to another year.
The available sources also do not establish a verified complete clue-and-answer list, constructor, or editor for the puzzle intended by this title. Without the year and a matching puzzle record, publishing answers would risk giving you the wrong grid.
Find the matching puzzle in the NYT archive
The NYT Help Center describes accessing and printing puzzles through the Crossword Archive. Its interface may change, so consult the current help page for the latest controls: NYT Crossword Puzzles Help.

Use the archive to confirm the year and date before checking any answer guide. If you want to solve first, open the puzzle without consulting spoilers; if you are checking a completed grid, compare answers against that exact dated puzzle. The Help Center says puzzles can be printed from the Games homepage or while playing, and that the archive’s web Calendar View reveals a print icon when you hover over a puzzle.
