Use the ranges below as a practical guide, not an official ruling from Toei or the manga publisher.
How much One Piece filler is there?
AnimeFillerList’s June 28, 2026 update reports 94 filler episodes out of 1,168 aired, or 8%. That is the count on that reference page, not an official franchise statistic; its classifications may change as the anime continues.
What One Piece episodes should I skip?

Are any filler episodes worth watching?
That depends on whether you want only manga-adapted plot or are open to extra adventures and character moments. GamesRadar recommends Post-Arabasta, G-8, and selected Boss Luffy historical specials as optional viewing. Those are editorial picks, not objective quality ratings.
- Post-Arabasta: episodes 131–135. GamesRadar describes these episodes as character backstory.
- G-8: episodes 196–206. GamesRadar calls the story funny and nuanced.
- Boss Luffy specials: episodes 291, 292, 303, 406–407.
Each is classified as filler in AnimeFillerList’s guide, so skipping them preserves a manga-focused route; watching them adds anime-original material.

Which One Piece filler arcs and movies can you skip?
Movies are separate from the TV episode filler list: do not use their viewing order to decide which numbered episodes to skip. GamesRadar says the movies are not necessary to the ongoing plot, while noting that some work as standalone entertainment. Its guide highlights Strong World, Z, Gold, Stampede, and Red for different reasons. Treat them as optional films, not required steps in the episode sequence.
Where can I watch One Piece?
Crunchyroll lists One Piece as a series, but the accessible catalog page does not confirm a complete episode range or availability in every country. Check the catalog for your location before planning a watch-through.

How to use episode classifications
AnimeFillerList is a maintained episode reference, not a primary ruling from the rights holder or manga publisher. Its labels can help you plan, but they describe adaptation status rather than whether an episode is enjoyable. If continuity is your priority, skip the pure filler ranges and make a separate choice about mixed canon/filler and anime-canon entries; if you enjoy side stories, consider the optional recommendations above.
