Spoilers: In “Those Who Defend, Those Who Violate,” Bakugo surprises Shigaraki/All For One with Cluster, but is pierced. Meanwhile, heroes at other battle locations are also being pushed back, though they refuse to give up.
What happens in Season 7, Episode 12?
The episode’s central confirmed development is Bakugo’s attack on Shigaraki/All For One. Crunchyroll’s catalog synopsis says Bakugo surprises the opponent with Cluster before being pierced. It also describes heroes in other locations as getting pushed back but continuing to fight. That is a broad platform summary, not a complete scene-by-scene account, so the available episode information does not establish the precise sequence of every battlefield event.

What happens to Bakugo?
Bakugo uses Cluster to catch Shigaraki/All For One off guard, then is pierced. The episode listings do not specify further details about the injury or its immediate consequences, so a more exact account would go beyond what they confirm.
What is happening to the other heroes?
The conflict extends beyond Bakugo’s location: the official streaming catalog synopsis says heroes at multiple locations are being pushed back. It also emphasizes that they do not give up. The listing does not provide a location-by-location account or identify each hero involved.
