West Bromwich Albion’s official Famous Fans page identifies supporters from music, broadcasting, comedy, acting and sport. Its names include Eric Clapton, Adrian Chiles, Frank Skinner, Lenny Henry and Joe Lycett. The club gives specific matchgoing details for some people, but the page is a selection—not a complete roster or a ranking.
Which musicians support West Brom?
Eric Clapton
The club says Clapton wore an Albion scarf on the cover of his album Backless and sponsored West Brom’s 1978 UEFA Cup tie against Galatasaray. Those are documented links to the club, not evidence of his current match attendance.
Stu Hartland and Jon Brookes
The official list also names Twang guitarist Stu Hartland and the late Jon Brookes, drummer with The Charlatans, as Albion supporters. The club’s page does not give further attendance details for either musician.
Which West Brom supporters are broadcasters and TV personalities?
Adrian Chiles
The club describes broadcaster Adrian Chiles as a regular at The Hawthorns and a season-ticket holder. It also notes his 2007 book about the Baggies. A 2025 West Brom News article identifies it as We Don’t Know What We’re Doing and says it documents supporters Chiles met during the 2005–06 season.
