What was the alleged spoiler?
Photos reportedly showed Dix and McCullough together at Dix’s Christmas party and getting close at a Sydney beach. The images prompted speculation that the pair might be romantically involved despite their on-screen pairings. They suggested a possible romance; they do not, by themselves, establish that the two were in a relationship. PerthNow’s report on the photos
What did Channel Nine reportedly do?
PerthNow said an unnamed insider, quoted in a Yahoo Lifestyle report, claimed Nine had reprimanded the pair, reminded them of their contracts and withdrawn them from media opportunities. That is an attributed report of what happened—not a confirmed Channel Nine announcement. No named network spokesperson or direct Nine statement is cited for those claims, and the report does not establish that a contract breach occurred. PerthNow
